Unbeatable location close to major sights. Very close to main train station and central attractions. - Proximity to restaurants, bars, and famous sites.

Everything was perfect, including caring and top-class staff at reception desk. The room I booked was generous sized and compact with a double bed, view on the roofs of Florence and terrace as expected. The food served was fab! The location was absolutely perfect, not too far away from an art museum.

We enjoyed having a spacious queen room to ourselves with a complimentary bottle of wine, a comfy double bed, and the fantastic location close to the train station.

Excellent and stunning location as only 5 minutes to a medieval cathedral. Delicious food in the restaurant, large breakfast with many nice options, sausage and juices.

The breakfast is lovely with superb duomo view, had yummy food. We usually stay at this authentic hotel and would book here again.

I very much liked the location, being minutes from the Duomo and other local must sees. I was impressed with the room in which breakfast is served. The ceiling could have been on display at a museum.

The lifts are old and slow and the locks on the door, that use ordinary keys and not access cards, do not give much confidence in their ability to keep out unwanted guests. This is not a hotel for people expecting the latest in interior design and technology.

The rooms are exceptionally clean and offer excellent views. the bathroom is also in excellent condition. - the location is marvelous, with a train station within walking distance. - Very convenient to visit the nearby Medici Chapel.

The bar and lounge accommodation is large and provides sufficient privacy to spend some time. The bed was very confortable. The personnel was good.

I have booked a luxury room and the only luxury was the size which was spatious. The TV is no flatscreen and far from the bed/sitting place. All furnishing is old and out-dated. The shower in the bath was leaking. No internet on the rooms, only in the lobby.
